This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible part-time work, supplemental income, and the opportunity to be part of exciting live sporting events. Responsibilities Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, athletes, staff, and event personnel Monitor assigned areas for safety concerns and policy violations Staff entry gates, access points, and credential checkpoints Assist with crowd management and guest services Work parking lots, traffic control points, and pedestrian crossings Verify credentials and control access to restricted areas Observe and report suspicious activity, disturbances, or safety hazards Respond professionally to incidents and assist supervisors as needed Complete reports and documentation when required Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED preferred Reliable transportation required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules Must pass a background check & drug test Preferred Experience Experience is welcomed but not required in: Security Law Enforcement Military Corrections Customer Service Event Staffing Guest Services Parking Operations Work Environment Assignments may include: Football Games Basketball Games Baseball Games Sporting Events Festivals Concerts Community Events Parking and Traffic Operations Shifts are primarily evenings, weekends, and special events.
