Shift:

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Call (407) 383-3592 to Robert Kelly if interested Duties Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with parking regulations and enforce policies effectively. Turn away any vehicles on the lot that are not allowed to be there. Conduct regular patrols on foot or by vehicle to oversee the entire parking lot, ensuring safety and security. Assist visitors with directions, information, and support while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Respond promptly to incidents or conflicts, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations calmly. Communicate with team members/supervisors and emergency responders to coordinate security efforts efficiently. Complete detailed reports on daily activities, violations, incidents, and observations to maintain accurate records. Skills Strong report writing skills for documenting daily activities, violations, and incidents clearly and accurately. Ability to operate standard passenger cars safely within city street navigation environments. Knowledge of law enforcement principles related to parking enforcement and security procedures. Basic math skills for calculating fines, citations, or other related tasks accurately. Excellent customer service skills to assist visitors courteously while enforcing policies firmly. Physical ability to walk extensively outdoors during shifts, often in varying weather conditions. Familiarity with parking enforcement technology systems for issuing citations and managing records. Experience in outdoor work environments with an understanding of city street navigation and parking regulations. Proficiency in two-way radio communication for effective team coordination during shifts. Conflict management skills to handle disputes professionally while maintaining safety and order.
