Job Description

NOTICE OF VACANCY CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

The City of Columbus is seeking a qualified applicant to fill the position of Code Enforcement Officer in the Code Enforcement Department. This position performs a variety of routine and semi-skilled maintenance duties involving general maintenance of city facilities and grounds, ensuring that facilities are maintained in a safe and operational condition. The immediate supervisor for this position is the Director of the Convention Center.

Preferred Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; at least two years of experience working in areas where there is potential exposure to confidential matters, documents and items.
