CCMP Program Specialist Job Function:
The CCMP Family Engagement Specialist will coordinate client referrals and serve as a court liaison. Job Responsibilities Serve as agencies referral source for community agencies, assist with follow up monitoring to ensure continuity of care. Complete program intakes, organize files, and complete data entry of client information Connect client and client's families to local resources, make referrals to social services to ensure client's needs are met Attend all court related sessions for youth involved in the juvenile justice systems Assist with completing reports and program updates to referral sources Conduct group therapy sessions Schedule and conduct home visits for clients. Facilitate group therapy sessions and prepare all related material for groups Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Undergraduate degree in Social Work or Criminal Justice and/or equivalent experience Experience in providing services in criminal justice systems and knowledge of court processes, juvenile court regulations and laws preferred, and previous case management or social work experience is preferred. High level of integrity, dependability, and honesty Ability to express ideas and directives clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Valid Alabama driver's license and acceptable driving record Computer skills, including Microsoft Office software Cultural sensitivity in working with internal and external consumers including clients, staff, volunteers, referral agents, vendors, community organizations, etc.
