Conduct initial screenings to assess circumstances involving youth and families. Gather relevant information and document findings accurately and thoroughly. Assist in determining appropriate youth court intake actions in compliance with policies. Communicate professionally with affiants, law enforcement, court staff, and community partners. Maintain confidential records with integrity, ensuring data quality and compliance standards are met. Input and manage data related to youth referrals and case activities. Participate in training, coaching, and quality review sessions to maintain professional standards. Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to support youth and family needs. Travel between assigned Youth Court locations as required. What You Need Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Counseling, Family Studies, or similar. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a good Motor Vehicle Record.
