Pay:
$40•50 per hour (based on experience)

Full-Time | Project-Based Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Professional to join our team on a large-scale data center construction project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The ideal candidate will be a proactive safety leader with experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction environments. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, site-specific safety requirements, and promoting a strong safety culture across the project. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and field observations. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and project-specific safety policies. Lead new hire safety orientations and daily toolbox talks. Perform Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and risk assessments. Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns while implementing corrective actions. Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, inspections, and training records. Work closely with project management, subcontractors, and craft personnel to identify and eliminate hazards. Monitor high-risk activities, including crane operations, excavation, confined space, fall protection, hot work, and electrical safety. Promote a positive safety culture through coaching, mentoring, and employee engagement. Participate in owner and contractor safety meetings. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of construction safety experience. Previous experience on data center, industrial, manufacturing, or large commercial construction projects preferred. OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required. Current First Aid/CPR certification preferred. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and construction safety best practices. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walk active construction sites daily. Preferred Certifications CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) CSP (Certified Safety Professional)
