Confidential Search | Established Manufacturing Company | Delaware An established manufacturing company is seeking a Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Manager is responsible for leading the company's Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs, sustainability initiatives, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement efforts. standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures. Oversee quality systems including document control, SOPs, CAPA, change control, deviations, nonconforming materials, customer complaints, and root cause investigations. Plan and lead internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits while maintaining inspection readiness and driving timely resolution of audit findings. Develop and manage Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulations. Lead workplace safety initiatives including risk assessments, incident investigations, OSHA recordkeeping, emergency preparedness, safety committee leadership, and employee safety engagement. Drive sustainability initiatives focused on reducing carbon emissions, energy and water consumption, minimizing waste, expanding circular economy practices, and improving overall environmental performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency through renewable energy initiatives, resource conservation, waste reduction, and environmentally responsible material selection. Collect, analyze, and report quality, environmental, safety, and sustainability metrics to support corporate reporting and continuous improvement objectives. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership to identify process improvements that enhance quality, safety, compliance, productivity, and cost performance. Develop and deliver quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory training programs while promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. Serve as the site's primary resource for quality, regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, workplace safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field. 5-7 years of progressive experience leading Quality and/or Environmental, Health & Safety programs in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), OSHA regulations, and regulatory compliance. Experience leading audits, CAPA programs, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software. Preferred Experience in pharmaceutical, packaging, or other regulated manufacturing environments. Knowledge of c
