Moran Fire Protection! We have an exciting opportunity in our South Bend, IN office for a Low Voltage Division Manager . As the Low Voltage Division Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the department, including managing day-to-day operations, providing leadership, and overseeing business development.
You Are:
KNOWLEDGEABLE
NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, BICSI or equivalent low voltage credentials, and Manufacturer training certifications preferred; Understanding of NFPA standards, International Building and Fire Codes, Accessibility Codes, and state and locally adopted life safety codes
EXPERIENCED
Previous experience within Fire Protection in low voltage systems; Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and contract management
EDUCATED
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or relevant field or equivalent experience
ORGANIZED
Able to prioritize and follow up to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A COMMUNICATOR
Effectively communicate and present both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
What You'll Do:
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Oversee operations of the department, ensuring the effective management of projects, contracts, estimates, client relationships, vendor partnerships, resources, and personnel
EXECUTE:
Identify and implement market strategies to build the local share of market
FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT
Prepare and manage department budgets and monitor overall financial performance
LEAD:
Utilize previous knowledge to teach, train, and guide your team towards success
BUILD RELATIONSHIPS
Communicate with clients, project teams, and F.E. Moran employees to build honest and trusting relationships
