Schedule :

2nd, 3rd Must be bilingual(Spanish & English) and have no scheduling restrictions.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support our temporary workforce in a warehouse environment in Franklin, KY. Address personnel issues quickly and effectively. Conduct regular safety and communication meetings with clients. Oversee employee attendance and performance. Ensure a safe working environment through training and safety checks. Maintain accurate customer and employee records. Customize training and retention programs.

Additional Duties:

Conduct work related injury investigations. Conduct accident investigations and safety audits.
