You support our team as HSE Manager Responsibilities Adapting training concepts and instruction methods about HSE matters and supporting the accountable functions in training all employees to carry out risk assessments. Tracking HSE incidents and provide measures, including training to avoid similar events in the future. Monitoring to ensure that risk assessments are carried out and continuously updated and providing guidance throughout the risk assessment process. Developing and maintaining policies and procedures that will reduce risks and promote awareness. Review Safety Culture Tools. Support the planning, implementation and maintenance of plant installations, as well as social and sanitary facilities. Consulting the purchasing of technical equipment and the introduction of working methods and materials. The design and layout of workplaces, working sequences, working environment and all other ergonomic issues. Qualifications Scientific process engineering degree or other technical oriented academic studies, or other academic studies Minimum of 3 years related HSE experience, engineering or process operations. HSE Management Systems Internal Auditor training Safety Culture tools Freudenberg Guiding Principles / Health Safety Environmental.
