Job DescriptionProvide a safe environment for all guests, employees and property.
Perform and assist in any and all safety inspectionsKeep Management and Corporate Risk Management updated on all safety issuesReview, log and investigate guest and employee accidentsMake "Quality Assurance" calls to guests or customersPerform Blood-borne Pathogens annual re-training for Security and other applicable departmentsInspect interior and exterior of the property.
Including:
Entrances, Valet, Parking lots, barns, docks, doors, stairwells, and kitchensMake arrangements with Corporate Risk Management for Engineering's actual respirator fitting testsNote and photograph code violations/safety issuesInvestigate ADA compliance issuesMeet with Supervisors/Managers regarding safety concernConduct bi-annual energy control inspections to ensure procedures and requirements of this standard are being followed.
Keep the Safety and Evacuation Manual updated and complete.
Assist department heads with safety and health training for their staff.
Coordinate and facilitate safety committee meetingsOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum three (3) years of experience in Safety related fields.
Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
