We are seeking a qualified Safety Manager to serve as a full-time field safety representative for Hercules Fence projects. This position reports to the Safety Director. The key function of the Safety Manager is to support project needs and ensure best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and an improved safety culture and performance are achieved. Essential Job Duties Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring OSHA compliance Conduct daily safety meetings and toolbox talks Complete accident reports and conduct incident investigations Ensure all personnel wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Perform daily safety audits and inspections Oversee subcontractors and contractors for safety compliance Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Inspect power tools and construction equipment Develop Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and Health & Safety Plans (HASPs) Support safety incentive and safety recognition programs Qualifications 3-5 years of construction safety management experience OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required First Aid/CPR certified (or ability to obtain) Must have one of the following

Certifications:

CHST, GSP, ASP, or CSP Strong knowledge of construction safety standards Experience assisting in the development of Site-Specific Safety Plans Experience interpreting and implementing a Corporate Health & Safety Plan Experience with Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation safety Ability to pass a federal background check Preferred Education/Experience Academic Degree in Safety preferred Contractor safety oversight experience OSHA 510 or

OSHA 500
