Senior Manager, Health & Safety Product Quality Assurance Apply Now Search all jobs Job Description Lead North America Product Quality Assurance (PQA) programs focused on food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance Oversee supplier approval, conduct supplier and internal audits, manage customer complaint programs, and strengthen risk management and continuous improvement. About the job Join a role where you'll lead regulatory compliance programs across the U.S. and Canada while serving as a trusted food safety and compliance expert for North America. You will oversee food safety standards, manage auditors, analyze trends, and ensure follow-up on review outcomes. Working closely with field and segment operations, you will drive the effective deployment, enhancement, and sustainability of safety programs through operational partnership and compliance oversight. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range:
$86275 - $133870

What you'll bring Experience managing food safety and regulatory compliance programs in North America. Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian food safety regulations, standards, and requirements. Expertise overseeing audit programs, analyzing trends, and managing corrective actions. Experience guiding frontline teams through safety program deployment and process adoption. Proven success implementing compliance improvement plans in complex operational settings.
Requirements Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
