Key Responsibilities Lead all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) programs across multiple manufacturing facilities. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, FDA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain and continuously improve

Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. Manage regulatory inspections, compliance audits, CAPAs, permits, certifications, and reporting requirements. Develop and deliver employee safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance training. Lead investigations involving workplace injuries, environmental incidents, near misses, and property damage. Oversee hazardous waste management, chemical safety, DOT hazardous materials compliance, and environmental programs. Manage emergency preparedness, business continuity planning, fire prevention, and facility security programs. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and Human Resources to integrate EHS&S into daily operations and capital projects. Monitor safety and environmental performance metrics while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate contractor safety programs and workers' compensation return-to-work efforts. Serve as the company's primary liaison with regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and external auditors. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive EHS&S experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience managing OSHA, EPA, and

compliance programs. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable regulatory requirements. Experience conducting regulatory inspections, compliance audits, incident investigations, and corrective action management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS management/compliance software. OSHA 30 General Industry certification. Valid driver's license. Preferred Master's degree in an EHS, environmental, or engineering discipline. CSP, CIH, CHMM, ASP, or similar professional certification. ISO 14001 and/or

Lead Auditor certification. Experience in OTC pharmaceutical, FDA-regulated, or cGMP manufacturing. Multi-site EHS&S management experience. Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), combustible dust programs, DEA List I chemical security, and RCRA hazardous waste management. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Schedule Full-time, Exempt Monday-Friday Additional hours may be required to support audits, inspections, emergencies, training, and business operations.
