Job Description Lead and implement company-wide and project-specific safety programmes. Conduct routine site inspections and safety audits. Identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Investigate incidents and maintain detailed records. Deliver safety orientation and ongoing training programmes. Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulatory requirements. Partner with field leadership and subcontractors to improve jobsite safety performance. Participate in project planning and risk mitigation initiatives. The Successful Applicant Safety leadership experience within commercial construction. Strong field presence and ability to influence safety culture. Experience working directly with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. OSHA regulatory expertise. Construction safety programme management. Incident investigation and reporting. Safety audits and compliance inspections. Risk analysis and hazard mitigation. Preferred degree in Safety, Construction Management, or related discipline. Relevant safety certifications preferred.
