EHS Manager Refresco Beverages US Inc seeks an EHS Manager to lead safety and environmental programs at our high-volume beverage manufacturing facility. In this on-site role, you will own compliance with OSHA, EPA, and related regulations, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement to reduce injuries and environmental impact. You will train and coach employees and leaders, manage audits and reporting, and collaborate closely with operations to embed safety into daily production in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture. Develop, implement, and update site EHS programs, policies, and procedures Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local regulations Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and EHS communication for all site employees Track, analyze, and report EHS performance metrics and corrective actions Coordinate audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting for the facility Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce incidents and environmental impact Partner with operations and maintenance to integrate EHS into daily activities Manage hazardous waste, chemical handling, and emergency response plans Promote a proactive safety culture and coach leaders on EHS best practices OSHA compliance EPA and environmental regulations Risk assessment and hazard analysis Incident investigation and root-cause analysis EHS audits and inspections Safety training and adult learning Hazardous waste and chemical management Emergency response planning EHS data analysis and reporting Manufacturing safety programs Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) a plus OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
