Are you passionate about creating safe, compliant, and productive job sites? We're looking for an experienced Construction Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across commercial construction projects throughout the Pittsburgh area.

This is an opportunity for a proactive leader who can build a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and empower field teams to work safely every day.

What You'll DoDevelop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs for multiple commercial construction projects.

Conduct regular job site inspections, audits, and safety assessments to identify and eliminate potential hazards.

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing employee training programs.

Investigate incidents, near misses, and workplace injuries, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel to promote a culture of safety and accountability.

Maintain safety documentation, reports, permits, and regulatory records.

Monitor subcontractor compliance with all project safety requirements.

Stay current on changes to safety regulations and industry standards while recommending continuous improvements.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field preferred.5+ years of construction safety experience, preferably within commercial or industrial construction.

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard recognition, and risk management.

OSHA 30 certification required; CHST, CSP, or other professional safety certifications are highly preferred.

Experience conducting safety training, inspections, and incident investigations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital safety reporting systems.
