THE ROLE

This role is remote-based with frequent travel required, most often to Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Georgia, though travel may extend to other states as project needs require. The Field EHS Compliance Manager supports field and sealant operations and actively assists in reducing employee and operational exposure to environmental, health and safety risks at construction sites. This individual uses a variety of tools, techniques, and data collection methods to analyze trends and make recommendations for corrective action. This position is responsible for implementing and overseeing safety programs and procedures at construction sites to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role plays a critical part in promoting a culture of safety, preventing incidents, and ensuring the health and well-being of all personnel on-site.

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented safety professional experienced in field safety processes and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate excels at building a safety-first culture, conducting site inspections and audits, delivering OSHA and new hire training, and managing workers' compensation cases. They should have strong skills in accident investigation, root cause analysis, and effective cross-team collaboration are essential.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

Bachelor's degree in safety management, construction management, industrial Hygiene or related program preferred.\nFive (5) years of experience in construction safety including environmental compliance and reporting.\nBi-lingual capabilities (Spanish-English) preferred\nCHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician preferred\nOSHA 10 and 30-hour certification in construction preferred,\nKnowledge of Fall Protection Systems, Rigging, Crane Operations preferred.\nFirst Aid, CPR, and AED Certified preferred\nPossession of a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is required.
