NA Essential Functions:
Manage safety professionals and maintain a positive working environment. Reasonable suspicion trainer for drugs and alcohol in the workplace. Assist or prepare site-specific safety plans, ERP, and rescue plans for sites. Review project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and site training needs. Assist site safety professionals and project management in establishing a safety program. Establish all incident management protocols before mobilization to the site location. Maintain weekly client communication to establish positive working relationships. Assist site team with regulatory compliance visits from OSHA or MSHA. Assist in the management of emergency response incidents for sites.
Requirements:
10+ years safety supervision and training experience Ability to travel when required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate. Attention to detail. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
