Safety Manager — Construction & Industrial Jobsites Utah-based openings now hiring | Additional opportunities nationwide $28-$60/hour, W2, based on experience, certifications, and project location About This Opportunity GensForce is hiring Safety Managers to join our team. As a GensForce employee, you'll be assigned to active construction, industrial, and data center project sites, with immediate openings in Utah and additional positions available nationwide. We're hiring across experience levels: whether you're an early-career Safety Manager working toward your next certification, or a senior, CSP-credentialed professional experienced in mission-critical and industrial work, we want to hear from you. This is a full W2 position with GensForce as your employer — not 1099 contract work. What You'll Do Conduct routine jobsite safety audits, hazard assessments, and inspections in line with OSHA and site-specific safety programs Identify unsafe conditions or practices and report findings promptly to site leadership for corrective action Support incident investigations by gathering facts, documenting findings, and preparing clear, accurate reports Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training sessions (OSHA topics, PPE use, hazard communication, and similar) Monitor jobsite compliance with OSHA and project-specific safety requirements Maintain accurate safety documentation, including inspection logs, training records, and incident reports Work closely with site superintendents, project managers, and on-site leadership to support a strong safety culture
What You Need Required:
