full-time Role Overview Program Manager within the Trust & Safety and Global Affairs division, supporting responsible AI experiences and reporting to the Seattle office. Contract Details This position is for leave coverage with an end date in the new year; extension possibilities are currently uncertain but subject to future resource availability. Core Responsibilities Driving 2 to 3 concurrent programs focusing on testing operations (scaling, automation, language expansion) and internal governance process improvements. Collaborating closely with core model development labs, internal testing teams, governance teams, and cross-functional product partners. Defining roadmaps and aligning stakeholders on near-term and long-term project execution. Key Qualifications & Must-Haves Minimum of 5 years of program management experience. Strong structured problem-solving and critical thinking skills (consulting or similar background preferred). Crisp internal communication skills to translate complex data into executive-friendly insights and slide updates. Natural relationship-building abilities to bridge non-technical management with technical stakeholder teams.

Highly preferred:

1 to 2 years of experience in responsible AI, AI safety, risk, compliance, or adjacent integrity/trust & safety domains. Ideal industry backgrounds include similar high-scale technology companies and top-tier consulting firms. What is Not Required Deep technical coding or model-training know-how (strong program management execution suffices). Product design, UX design, or data governance (such as data lineage or classification) experience. External communications or public-facing PR work (focus is strictly internal stakeholder updates).
