Job Description

Salary up to $120k w. 8% Bonus, 3+ Weeks PTO & 401k Opportunity to be in strategic business meetings with executive team About Our Client Our client is a family-owned packaging manufacturer specializing in custom and standard corrugated packaging solutions for a wide range of industries. Operating advanced manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin, the company produces large volumes of corrugated products annually while supporting customers throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, and surrounding states. Known for its customer-focused culture, fast turnaround times, quality-driven operations, and continuous investment in modern manufacturing technology, it provides packaging, design, fulfillment, and logistics solutions that help protect products, enhance branding, and improve supply chain efficiency. Job Description Experienced leader with proven work managing quality and safety programs (manufacturing environment preferably). Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture, align initiatives with organizational goals, and influence decision-making at the executive level. Hands-on and approachable leader who is present within the facility and comfortable engaging directly with production teams. Strong problem solver with expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and preventive measures. Customer-focused professional capable of handling quality concerns, audits, investigations, and difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism. Effective communicator who can build credibility and trust with employees, management, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. Leader and mentor who develops accountability, ownership, and engagement throughout the organization. Drives a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and operational performance. Results-oriented leader who uses data and metrics to identify trends, prioritize actions, and achieve measurable improvements.
