Overview We are seeking a Safety Advisor Outage with expertise to join our power plant team. Responsibilities Conduct trend analysis, audits, investigations, and site inspections of operational procedures, facility design, equipment, materials, and employee behaviors. Analyze safety and compliance data in accordance with current regulations and provide recommendations to prevent accidents and incidents. Develop and deliver employee training, emergency preparedness programs, and quality assurance initiatives. Evaluate and recommend new equipment, modified processes, and non-routine work practices to enhance safety and compliance. Support continuous improvement in safety programs and industrial hygiene practices across the facility. Under moderate supervision, the Safety Advisor will assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs, procedures, and processes to ensure the safety of personnel and facility operations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required. OSHA certification required.
