Full-Time Join Our Team! Rite Staff is seeking an experienced Safety Clerk for a growing warehouse in Lebec, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about workplace safety and compliance. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Previous safety experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Conduct new hire safety orientations and ongoing employee safety training. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies. Perform routine safety inspections and identify workplace hazards. Investigate workplace incidents and assist with corrective action plans. Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate safety meetings and toolbox talks. Work closely with supervisors and management to promote a strong safety culture. Monitor PPE compliance and assist with safety program implementation.

Qualifications:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous experience as a Safety Coordinator or in a safety-related role is required. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. High school diploma or equivalent required; safety certifications are a plus.

Pay & Benefits:
