PM schedule, must be available to work a flexible schedule, TBD What You'll Do Safety Support & Compliance Assist with routine safety inspections and Job Safety Audits at client sites. Help monitor compliance with company safety policies and Cal/OSHA regulations. Identify potential workplace hazards and report safety concerns. Assist with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) compliance and distribution. Respond to employee questions regarding workplace safety procedures. Employee Training Help conduct new hire safety orientations in English and Spanish. Support ongoing employee safety meetings and training sessions. Encourage safe work practices and promote a positive safety culture. Incident Response Assist with workplace accident investigations and documentation. Help coordinate injury reporting and communication with medical providers. Support Return-to-Work and modified duty programs. Assist with post-accident and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing procedures. Documentation & Reporting Maintain safety files, reports, and compliance documentation. Assist with weekly safety reporting and recordkeeping. Organize safety records and ensure documentation is up to date. Qualifications Required Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel locally between client locations as needed. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable speaking with employees and leading small group trainings. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Preferred Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, agriculture, staffing, or customer service. Knowledge of OSHA or workplace safety standards is a plus. Previous experience training or working directly with employees. No prior safety experience is required. Paid training will be provided. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs when needed. Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. Comfortable working in warehouse, manufacturing, agricultural, and outdoor environments.
