Process Safety and EHS Specialist Conagra Brands seeks a Process Safety and EHS Specialist to lead safety and environmental programs in our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will own PSM elements, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and related regulations. You'll audit facilities, develop procedures, and deliver engaging safety training while tracking key metrics and driving continuous improvement. Partnering closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance, you will influence safe process design, support environmental reporting and permits, and champion a proactive safety culture across the plant network. Lead and maintain process safety management (PSM) programs across manufacturing operations Develop, implement, and audit environmental health and safety (EHS) procedures and policies Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements Deliver safety training and coaching to plant employees and leadership Monitor key safety and environmental metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance on safe process design and changes Manage hazard communication, PPE programs, and emergency response planning Support environmental reporting, permits, and waste management activities Promote a strong safety culture aligned with Conagra's values and performance goals Process Safety Management (PSM) Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Compliance OSHA and EPA Regulations Risk Assessment and Hazard Analysis (PHA/HAZOP) Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis Safety Training and Program Development Industrial Hygiene Basics Data Analysis and Safety Metrics Regulatory Reporting and Documentation Emergency Response Planning Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) a plus OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification Process Safety Management (PSM) training Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certification a plus
