Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation team member to help keep our manufacturing facility clean, safe, and compliant with strict food safety standards. In this role, you'll clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and work areas, perform end-of-shift and deep cleans, and handle cleaning chemicals safely. You'll work closely with production and quality teams, follow detailed sanitation and safety procedures, and complete required documentation, all in a fast-paced, team-oriented, family-founded environment focused on safety and quality. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and work areas to food safety standards Follow established sanitation procedures and chemical handling guidelines Perform end-of-shift and deep cleans on lines, floors, and high-contact surfaces Inspect areas for cleanliness and report any issues or safety concerns Properly mix, use, and store cleaning chemicals and supplies Work closely with production and quality teams to support safe food manufacturing Complete required sanitation and safety documentation and checklists Follow all company safety, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures Required Skills Industrial sanitation Food safety and GMPs HACCP awareness Chemical handling and dilution Cleaning equipment operation Attention to detail Basic documentation and checklists PPE and safety compliance Lockout/tagout awareness Time management
