As the HACCP Coordinator , you become the backbone of a USDA‑regulated food manufacturing operation — the person who ensures every process, every record, and every decision meets the highest standards of safety and compliance. What the Company Offers Competitive salary: $65,000-$75,000 , depending on experience Relocation assistance to Lake Crystal, MN Strong internal promotion culture — clear advancement into QA Supervisor, Food Safety Manager, or SQF Practitioner roles Full benefits package Stability and growth within a respected food manufacturer Role Summary You will own and continuously improve the plant's HACCP system for a high‑volume, USDA‑regulated food manufacturing operation. This role is highly visible on the production floor and partners daily with QA, Operations, Sanitation, and Maintenance to uphold food safety, regulatory compliance, and customer standards. Key Responsibilities Daily Record Review Perform daily verification of all production, HACCP, SSOP, QA and Production records for accuracy and completeness. Ensure all Critical Control Points (CCP) monitoring records are properly documented, signed, dated and within limits. Identify any errors, missing documentation, or other records deviations and notify appropriate people for correction. Maintain logs for pre-operations, CCP Monitoring, Temperature Monitoring, PAA Monitoring and other logs associated with HAACP Validations. Write SOPS Required Experience & Skills High School Diploma (Degree in Food Science or related field preferred) Working knowledge of USDA and HAACP Principals Strong understanding of CCP Monitoring and food safety documentation Exceptional accuracy and documentation control Ability to handle confidential regulator documents ⭐ Preferred (Not Required) Experience in
USDA RTE
