This role is responsible for leading day-to-day environmental, health, and safety initiatives within a food manufacturing facility. The EHS Supervisor will promote a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, support incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety programs. What You'll Do:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policiesLead incident and accident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actionsConduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations to identify improvement opportunitiesMaintain OSHA and safety compliance records, including injury reports, 300 logs, and related documentationPartner with leadership, HR, employees, contractors, and visitors to promote and strengthen the facility's safety cultureWhat You Need to
Bring:
Technical Safety degree, certification, or related safety education requiredStrong knowledge of occupational health, safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practicesPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment preferredExcellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision #SMNCareers Ready to Apply?
