Job Description

Accreditation Coordinator / EOC Life Safety Officer The Accreditation Coordinator / Facilities Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and accreditation support to the Facilities Department. This position is responsible for coordinating departmental activities, maintaining regulatory compliance documentation, supporting accreditation readiness, managing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) activities, coordinating vendors, and assisting with the daily operations of the department. Working closely with the Director of Facilities, this position helps ensure the organization maintains continuous readiness for regulatory surveys while supporting initiatives related to Environment of Care (EOC), Life Safety, preventive maintenance documentation, policy management, vendor coordination, departmental communications, and facility operations. In addition to administrative responsibilities, this position assists with routine maintenance activities and special projects to support the overall mission of the Facilities Department.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED - required Bachelor's degree - required Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance or facilities experience Experience with accreditation processes and regulatory compliance documentation Experience developing and maintaining organizational policies and procedures Experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
