Job Description

Contract Position (1099): About the Opportunity YellowBird is seeking experienced Construction Site Safety Supervisors to support commercial construction projects for a national client. This is an excellent opportunity for safety professionals looking for short-term, project-based work while partnering with one of the nation's largest on-demand safety consulting networks. This assignment spans (5) consecutive workdays and pays $2,000 upon successful project completion . Mileage reimbursement is provided at $0.76 per mile after the first 60 miles traveled. regulations Lead daily Toolbox Talks and pre-task safety meetings Review Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and safe work practices Monitor subcontractor safety performance Oversee high-risk activities including: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Hot Work Working at Heights Critical Lifts Silica Exposure Control Document findings with photos and electronic reports Upload daily documentation through the client's online safety management portal Communicate professionally with site leadership and contractors Qualifications Required OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification Minimum of 5 years of construction safety experience Commercial construction experience Working knowledge of

Experience leading Toolbox Talks and conducting safety inspections Experience developing or reviewing JSAs/JHAs Comfortable using a tablet or laptop to complete electronic documentation Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred CHST, CSP, ASP, STSC, CSSS, or other safety certifications Experience supporting retail remodels, petroleum, utility, telecom, or commercial construction projects Bilingual (English/Spanish) Why YellowBird?
