Job Description

Job description: TS Tech is a global supplier of automobile seat & interior trim, with operations in 14 countries. Our production is expanding & requires team players to join our TS Tech family at our Canal Winchester location (TS Trim Industries). TS Trim manufactures the door liners & switch panels for the Honda Accord, Acura, Civic & CR-V. We are unable to sponsor employment visas for this position. There is an immediate opening for the position of Safety Administrator. Pay range $53K-$70K depending on skill & experience.

    Primary Position Responsibilities:
    • Oversee Inventory and stock of first aid safety supplies
    • Data entry of OSHA record keeping manage OSHA
    • Manage SDS and Hazard Communication labels
    • Track adhesive, flaw spray, and other material usage
    • Enter Daily / Direct Safety incidents and countermeasure follow ups
    • Complete processing of safety shoes/prescription safety glasses
    • Manage monthly emergency equipment inspections
    • Conduct monthly
    SPCC/SWP3
    inspections 1.
    • Conduct and manage weekly hazardous waste inspections 2.
    • Conduct line side audits and machine safeguarding
    • Communicate safety awareness through 5-Minute Safety Meetings.
    • Enter and track monthly verification data for EH&S
    • Conduct Safety Team / Environmental Team, and ERT Team Meetings
    • C-Lead EHS training courses.
    • Reporting Safety in mornings meetings and monthly plantwide
    Secondary Position Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and submit reports, internally and externally
    • Assist in maintaining the
    ISO 14001
    Management system
    • Participate in
    ISO 14001
    audits
    Essential Job Requirements:
    • General understanding of OSHA
    • Experience with Safety Teams
    • Ability to work with others to meet common goals Nonessential Skills and Experience (preferred):
    • Experience with the EPA
    • Experience supervising associates
    • Experience with
    ISO 14001
