PAY:

$28/

HR Responsibilities :

• Conducting facility audits to verify compliance with EHS regulatory and corporate requirements: Locker inspections, waste, conditional safety, eyewash, etc.…
• Lead by example by upholding all EHS policies and expecting the same from all associates and leadership
• Assist in leading various EHS Teams for associates & supervisors
• Help drive incident investigations to closure by checking in with the leadership responsible for the investigation
• Conducts already established safety training, including New Hire Orientation
• Take inventory & re-stock medical rooms, office supplies as ordered by EHS Manager
• Data Entry into EHS Software & various interdepartmental spreadsheets
• Provide locker assignment and lock replacement
• Other duties and responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and oral
• Understanding of Federal/State environmental and OSHA laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and abide by HIPAA
• Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to navigate various EHS computer software/hardware as needed
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Possess some experience with EHS duties with a passion to learn all EHS has to offer.
