Job Requirements As a Sanitation Associate - Packing - 3rd shift at Four Seasons Family of Companies, you'll play an important role in keeping our packing facility clean, safe and ready for production. You'll be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing food-contact surfaces, packing equipment, floors, and other work areas when production stops. This is an active, hands-on position that requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety. You'll work as a part of the Sanitation team to ensure the Packing area meets Four Seasons standards for cleanliness, safety, product quality, and productivity.

THE BASICS

Pay:

$15 hour plus $3 shift Differential

Schedule:

3rd Shift 10 PM to 6:30 AM Tuesday through Saturday (ending Sunday morning)

Ephrata, PA

WHAT YOU DO

• Clean and sanitize food-contact surfaces and packing equipment when production stops
• Thoroughly clean surfaces including tables, rollers, and other packing areas
• Use cleaning equipment and tools such as power washers, air hoses, water hoses, cleaning carts, putty knives, mops, buckets, scrubbers and spray bottles
• Clean and sanitize anti-fatigue mats throughout the Packing area
• Clean and sanitize QC carts
• Clean and sanitize Packing Room blue and gray bins
• Clean and sanitize Packing area floors
• Remove dirt, debris, and buildup from equipment and work surfaces
• Follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to help protect food safety and product quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and safely use sanitation equipment and supplies
