    Accidental, Critical Illness and Hospitalization Coverage, Voluntary Life Position Summary The EHS/HR Coordinator at Mancor SC is responsible for Implementation of the facility's environmental, health and safety programs and assisting with the day-to-day human resources administration duties. This role develops and maintains EHS policies, procedures, training, and records and will work closely with the Quality team to integrate the Environmental Management System (EMS) into the existing Quality Management System (QMS) in support of achieving and maintaining
    ISO 14001
    certification. This position will also lead hourly recruiting and onboarding, administer the attendance/point program and maintain accurate time and attendance records. Key Responsibilities Create, review, control, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, forms, and work instructions in accordance with company and applicable regulatory requirements Coordinate safety training, inspections, hazard assessments, employee communications, OSHA recordkeeping, and other required EHS documentation Partner with Quality to develop and integrate the EMS into the QMS, including environmental aspects and impacts, compliance obligations, objectives, operational controls, and required records Support internal audits, management reviews, certification readiness activities, corrective-action follow-up, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement; perform other duties as assigned Manage the recruiting process for hourly positions, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements, and hiring coordination Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation, including required forms, policy acknowledgments, training assignments, system setup, and first-day readiness Administer the attendance-point program consistently; track points, maintain supporting records, communicate status, and coordinate corrective action with supervisors Maintain confidential employee files and HR system data, respond to routine employee questions, and support supervisors with policy interpretation and documentation Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Three (3) or more years of EHS experience along with HR or related experience; manufacturing experience preferred Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and core workplace safety and environmental compliance practices Experience writing, implementing, and maintaining controlled policies, procedures, forms, and training materials Familiarity with
    ISO 14001, ISO
    9001, management systems, internal audits, and document control Demonstrated experience recruiting and onboarding hourly employees Hands-on experience administering attendance policies and maintaining time and attendance systems Working knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, confidentiality, and employee recordkeeping Strong organizational, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, maintain confidentiality, and spend time on the manufacturing floor Desired Assets Experience in metal fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment Experience supporting
    ISO 14001
    certification or implementing an Environmental Management System Experience with incident investigations, workers' compensation, environmental reporting, and corrective-action systems OSHA 30 hour General Industry Safety and Health Why Join Mancor?
