Key Responsibilities:

Ensure driver and dispatch safety by enforcing safety policies and procedures. Manage drivers and yard operations across multiple branches, including scheduling and assigning vehicles. Plan and review upcoming deliveries/pick-ups and enter assignments into the RentalMan database. Track driver progress, troubleshoot issues, and set daily/weekly priorities. Conduct driver performance discussions, training, and ensure collection of proper delivery/pick-up documentation. Communicate with customers for scheduling, delivery/pick-up updates, and answer related questions. Maintain and file daily/weekly/monthly logs, preventative maintenance records, and trucking profit margins. Coordinate with external vendors for hauling services and transportation permits. Collaborate with branch and corporate sales for scheduling. Perform additional duties as assigned.
