What to Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated EHS Specialist to support Model Y Assembly and Seats Operations at Gigafactory Texas. This role is critical to driving EHS engagement, identifying and mitigating risks, and supporting operational stabilization within Tesla's best-selling product manufacturing process. In this role, you will provide field EHS support for Model Y Assembly and Seats Operations at Gigafactory Texas. You will reduce operational risk, close findings and build supervisor-led safety engagement as production scales. You will partner with Production, Maintenance, Engineering and EHS so Tesla can manufacture at volume without trading off worker protection.
