We will help train you for this job. The ideal candidate is familiar with a variety of OQ training courses and procedures, is able to keep classes interesting, and is able to instruct diverse groups of people. A successful candidate will be able to keep the classroom engaged and will never be afraid to break the mold to get their students' attention. Bilingual is a must.
