HCT Renewable Energy LLC is hiring an experienced CHST Safety Coordinator for a wind turbine deconstruction project in Mart, Texas. We are looking for a safety professional who is committed to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.

Pay & Benefits Salary:

$110,000-$120,000 per year

Per Diem:

$100 per day worked

Project Duration:

4-6 months Full-time. Responsibilities Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Lead daily safety meetings and toolbox talks. Investigate incidents and near misses. Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation. Identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Assist with new hire safety orientations and ongoing training. Partner with project management to promote a strong safety culture. Qualifications Current CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification is required. Minimum of 3 years of construction safety experience. Utility-scale solar or renewable energy experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
