Our fabrication shop is growing fast, and we're looking for a dedicated Safety Manager to lead our safety program, keep our team protected, and ensure our operations meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures for shop operations. Conduct regular safety inspections, hazard assessments, and audits. Lead safety meetings and training for fabrication crews. Investigate incidents and near-misses, document findings, and follow up on corrective actions. Coordinate with supervisors and welders/fabricators to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. Manage PPE programs, equipment tagging, and safety data sheets. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Qualifications:

3+ years of safety experience (construction or fabrication environment preferred). Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and fabrication shop hazards (grinding, cutting, bending, crane operation, etc.). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work hands-on in the shop environment. OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, or equivalent certifications preferred
