This is a diverse role supporting our clients with customs, import/export, logistics, and air cargo security requirements . As an Entry & Logistics Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for assigned clients, managing their customs and logistics needs while ensuring shipments are handled efficiently and in accordance with applicable security and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned client accounts and serve as a primary contact for customs and logistics needs. Communicate with clients, carriers, and other service providers to resolve shipment issues and ensure client expectations are met. Monitor shipments to ensure cargo is properly handled, released, dispatched, and delivered on time. Complete general office and administrative duties related to customs and logistics, including processing billing and related documentation. Complete and coordinate import and/or export transactions . Prepare and file customs entries . Prepare and submit Importer Security Filings (ISFs) . Prepare and submit AES export filings . Communicate & maintain accurate import, export and shipment documentation with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Transportation Security Administration, Partner Government Agencies, and others. Support air cargo security and transportation security requirements for applicable shipments. Ensure air-bound freight is processed in accordance with applicable security, regulatory, and client requirements . Maintain required security documentation and records. Complete or assist with client Security Risk Assessments as required. Review client and shipment requirements to ensure appropriate security measures are in place, communicate any related information to clients, carriers, and internal teams. Assist with security-related audits, assessments, and compliance reviews. Communicate security requirements and related information to Stay current with applicable customs, logistics, and air cargo security requirements. Build strong client relationships and consistently meet or exceed client expectations. Travel to airport, other branches (internal or external clients) may be required. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have experience in customs, logistics, air cargo, transportation security, or a related field . Previous experience as a Transportation Safety Administrator (TSA) or in a similar air cargo security/compliance role is an asset. Previous experience as an entry writer for Imports or Exports desired. Experience working with air-bound freight and security requirements . Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Experience using Magaya an asset. Experience with customs or import/export processes is an asset. Working and practical knowledge with TSA and STA's are assets. Ability to travel from work office as needed.
