Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Professional to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential and commercial spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment by performing a variety of cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of our clients, making their spaces shine! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in cleaning, housekeeping management, and customer service while working in dynamic environments. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of 3 Bars, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Implement cleaning and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health standards. Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Follow safety guidelines for the use of cleaning detergents and chemicals to prevent accidents or damage. Keep accurate records of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Assist with outdoor work as needed for property upkeep or exterior cleaning projects.
