Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Assistant to join our healthcare facility. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to sanitation standards, safety protocols, and excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, operating rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Follow established protocols for infection control and OSHA standards to ensure safety and cleanliness Restock supplies such as paper products, hand sanitizers, and cleaning materials as needed Dispose of waste according to proper procedures to prevent contamination Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisory staff promptly
