Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee and enhance our field and sales operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient employee/client management, logistics, and team performance within a dynamic private security services environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of uniformed security guard services, as well as a commitment to new service and safety standards. Duties Supervise daily operations, including employee clock-In/out processes to ensure timely and accurate contracted obligations. Maintain employee levels to allow new client agreements to be staffed with professionally trained and uniformed guards Implement/process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Lead and develop a team staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. Ensure compliance with company policy/regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe working environment. Utilize security guard patrol systems for tracking movements and reporting metrics. Coordinate scheduling, collecting timesheets, reviewing guard daily reports and solving employee issues as they arise Receive employee clock-In calls, request for assistance or call-off issues Writing a weekly recap of employee concerns, over-time, hiring assistance, expected contractual agreement changes, etc. Conduct regular training sessions on best practices in client expectation, communications, and security patrol tactics Qualifications Proven experience in security guard services with a strong knowledge of Florida statute 493 Current Florida Class D (minimum) G or MB required. Familiarity with increasing guard operations is preferred. Experience with security guard patrol systems or similar systems is advantageous. Two or more years of security, military, or police experience Understanding of new hire related practices & reporting. Ability to perform uniformed guard services in emergencies or to cover contracted agreements. Flexable schedule is a definite requirement
