Job Description

Progressive company, seeking a qualified, experienced working Security Manager to oversee a group of 10 trained and certified security patrol officers. The primary shift will be days, Monday through Friday. Pay is bi-weekly with direct deposit. Benefits are offered after the usual waiting period. Duties will include but not limited to:

scheduling
Payroll reporting
addressing dispilinary concerns
keeping open communications with the client and the security staff
it will be your sole responsibility to make sure that all shifts are covered and a professional appearance is maintained equal too expectations of the company.

Overtime is paid and monitored.

Requirements:

must have reached your 25th birthday must have reliable transportation must be able to obtain a

C.L.E.E.T

license (assistance is available) must be able to pass pre employment and subsequent drug test must be able to read, and write the English language must be able to sit, stand, walk, for prolong periods of time in all type weather must have letter of reference from previous employer must be willing to work when needed 2 years experience as a guard or documented experience in a leadership role.
