Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Social Security Case Manager to join our team. This candidate must have experience with Social Security Disability or as an Paralegal in an office setting.
Duties:
This position will be working in a team paired with another Paralegal/Case manager. Each team is responsible for around 500 clients. Duties vary by the stage of the claim.
  • Regular communication with Social Security clients, internal staff, and the SSA office
  • Utilize document management systems for case files
  • Perform data entry, transcribing, and filing of legal documents
  • Assist in document review processes
  • Support attorneys in case preparation and litigation tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
Experience:
  • Previous experience in Social Security Disability or as an Paralegal (or other legal role) is required
  • Familiarity with Neos, Needles, or similar case management systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment where you can utilize your skills to support case management activities effectively.
