Approximately 20 hours per week TacFleet Security is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Security Officer for an established client location in Concord, CA. This position is based in a busy family-oriented entertainment and recreation environment . The officer will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring activity, assisting with safety concerns, and responding professionally to situations as they arise. The specific client location and additional site details will be provided to qualified candidates during the hiring process. Schedule This is a consistent weekly assignment:

Friday:

4:00 PM

•8:00

PM Saturday:

1:00 PM

•9:00

PM Sunday:

12:00 PM

•8:00 PM Approximately 20 hours per week Applicants should be available to work the full Friday-Sunday schedule listed above . Responsibilities Maintain a visible and professional security presence Conduct routine patrols throughout assigned areas Monitor entrances, exits, and guest activity Help deter and identify suspicious or inappropriate activity Respond professionally to incidents, disturbances, and safety concerns Assist guests and staff when security assistance is needed Enforce site rules, policies, and safety procedures Utilize professional communication and de-escalation techniques Communicate effectively with supervisors and site management Complete required activity and incident reports accurately and on time Qualifications Valid California BSIS Guard Card required Prior security experience preferred but not required Strong observation, communication, and customer service skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Comfortable working in an active, public-facing environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Must be available for the Friday-Sunday schedule listed above What We Offer Consistent weekly schedule Approximately 20 hours per week Training provided Opportunities for additional shifts Professional and team-oriented work environment TacFleet Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
