This person will be responsible for ensuring the California Grand remains a very safe place to play and work.

JOB DUTIES

The Security Director will: Report to the GM, AGM, and the Managers on Duty. Be responsible for staffing our security department - hiring and training. Be responsible for recognizing issues and correcting those issues and creating Policies and Procedures. HOURS We are a 24/7/365 business. Weekly schedule should vary a bit so that you may observe and check in regularly with different shifts but most days, including Fri-Sun, should be swing shift (starting around 5pm).

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with: A Law Enforcement background. A bachelor's degree or higher. Experience managing staff. Experience as the leader of a security department of a casino or hotel would be ideal. You must be able to obtain and maintain a Work Permit issued by the Co Co County Sheriff's office and a Key Employee License issued by the California Dept. of Justice.

COMPENSATION

We will base the salary on the individual we choose. We have Kaiser medical. You would be eligible to join on the 1st of the month after you've worked here for 60 days. We pay 75% of your medical. You will earn 1 week of vacation time to start.
