The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Utilize CCTV systems for surveillance and reporting any suspicious activities. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents while maintaining a calm demeanor. Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks. Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques. Collaborate with law enforcement as needed during incidents or investigations. Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations. just for Grave Shift 9 pm to 5 am Skills Proficiency in CCTV operation and surveillance techniques. Strong understanding of loss prevention methods. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure. Knowledge of security protocols and procedures within a militarized or law enforcement context is advantageous. Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
