Security Guard Are you a customer-focused and professional security guard who takes pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment? We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team and serve as both a security presence and a front-line ambassador for our organization. In this role, you will help protect our employees, visitors, and property while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. As one of the first people visitors encounter when entering our office, you will play a critical role in creating a positive first impression while ensuring the safety and security of our workplace. What You'll Do Provide a visible and professional security presence throughout the office building and surrounding property. Greet employees, visitors, vendors, and business partners in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner. Monitor building access and verify identification as needed. Control entry and exit points to maintain building security. Conduct routine patrols and security inspections. Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems. Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs. Enforce company security and safety procedures. Identify and report potential safety concerns or security risks. Assist with emergency response activities and coordinate with first responders when necessary. Serve as a trusted resource for employees and visitors by providing directions, assistance, and support as needed.
